Marcin Szulga

Marcin Szulga has a diverse work experience in the field of ICT. Marcin started their career as a Software Developer and Security Consultant at Unizeto Technologies S.A. in 2004. Marcin later worked as a Business Analyst, Junior Project Manager, and Consultant, Project Manager at the same company. In 2012, they became the Director of the Research and Development Department at Unizeto Technologies.

In 2014, Marcin took on the role of Vice President at the West Pomeranian ICT Cluster and held this position until 2016. During this time, they also worked as the Director of the Trust Services R&D Department at Asseco Data Systems, where they were responsible for the development and maintenance of Qualified Trust Services.

Marcin also has experience in academia, working as an Academic Teacher at the Higher School of Technology and Economics in Szczecin from 2013 to 2014, and at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin from 2004 to 2009.

Marcin Szulga completed their PhD studies in Computer Software Engineering at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin from 2005 to 2009. Marcin also received a Master of Arts degree in Management & Marketing, specializing in Financial Analysis & Valuation of Enterprises, from Uniwersytet Szczeciński from 2002 to 2007. Marcin holds a Master of Science degree in IT with a focus on Security from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin from 1999 to 2004. Marcin obtained an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Automatics from the Technical High School of Electronics in Szczecin from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, Marcin has earned several certifications including the Gartner Learning Workshop Cycle from Gartner in 2013, BIA - Business Impact Analysis from DNV GL Business Assurance Denmark A/S in 2012, TOGAF8 from The Open Group in 2008, and PRINCE2 Foundation from APM Group in 2008.
