Tessi Flood

Tessi Flood is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and lactation consultancy. As the Founder and Chief Nursing Officer at Assemble since September 2022, Tessi Flood also operates Tessi Flood Lactation as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant since November 2018. Previously, Tessi Flood held the position of Senior Nurse Clinician at NYU Langone Medical Center in the Congenital Cardiovascular Care Unit from September 2016 to September 2022 and served as Assistant Nurse Manager at Lenox Hill Hospital from 2014 to 2016. Tessi Flood founded Cookies For Milk, a lactation cookie company, from 2016 to 2019, providing nutritious support for breastfeeding mothers. Early career roles include Registered Nurse at Alberta Health Services and a Travel Nurse position with Cross Country TravCorps.
