Alexis McEvoy

Alexis McEvoy is an experienced human resources and people operations leader currently serving as an Advisor at Assemble and as Chief People Officer at Chapter, which aims to enhance retirement transitions for Americans. Previously, Alexis held advisory and membership roles at Chief and PeopleTech Partners while leading the People Team at Array to align with business objectives. At Palantir Technologies, Alexis was the first embedded People Partner, focusing on talent development and organizational culture. Additional experience includes serving as Director of People and Culture at Carrot, where performance management and recruiting methodologies were developed, as well as various roles in production and customer relations at Postling.com and OurWeddingDay.com. Alexis earned a Bachelor of Arts in American History and American Culture Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
