Sam Carlson

Sam Carlson is an experienced Product Manager currently leading the Inventory product area at Assembled since December 2024. Prior to this role, Sam served as Senior Product Manager at Afresh from November 2021 to December 2024, focusing on improving fresh food operations for large grocery chains. Previous experience includes positions at Silver Lake as an Operating Associate, where Sam drove product and technology value creation projects, and at Bain & Company as a Consultant, primarily on technology initiatives for large enterprises and private equity diligence. Sam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University, earned in 2016.
