Mats Johansson

Mats Johansson currently serves as Group CEO of Assemblin Caverion Group since April 2024, with previous experience as Group CEO at Assemblin from May 2018 to March 2024. Mats holds multiple board positions, including Board Member at Happy Life and Member of the Board of Directors at Ikano Bostad, both starting in 2023. Prior to these roles, Mats was COO at Skanska from September 2008 to May 2018 and held the position of CEO & President at Skanska Property Poland from June 2004 to August 2008. Mats’s earlier career includes working as Managing Director at Skanska Sweden and various engineering and management roles. Educational qualifications include an Executive Management program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a General Management program from IMD, as well as a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
