Jessica Hanacek

Jessica Hanacek has a diverse work experience in various companies. Jessica currently holds the position of Director, HR Systems and Operations at assembly since May 2022. Before joining assembly, they worked at Morningside Of Fullerton as the Director of Human Resources from January 2018 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Mopro from April 2015 to January 2018. At Mopro, they were responsible for establishing talent acquisition methods, coordinating employee separation protocols, and conducting employee probationary audits. Earlier in their career, Jessica worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader, Human Resources Manager from May 2009 to April 2015. Jessica also served as a Recruitment Liaison at California State University, Fullerton and as an Executive Intern at Target. Jessica'swork experience also includes a role as a Recruiter at Mass Connections from August 2007 to October 2008.

Jessica Hanacek attended Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 2004 to 2010. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing during this time. In January 2021, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
