Kendal DeBellis

Kendal DeBellis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kendal is currently serving as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Pacvue since 2022. Prior to this, in 2021, they co-founded Aloe Solar.

In 2019, Kendal joined Pollen and held multiple roles. Kendal started as a People Operations Specialist in January 2019 and later became a People Operations Manager in November 2019, where they managed all aspects of the employee lifecycle. In August 2020, they transitioned to the role of Senior People Partner II, where they supported the North America region in driving culture and employee engagement. In February 2022, they were promoted to the Director of People at Pollen.

Before Pollen, Kendal worked at SunCommon as a Human Resources Generalist from November 2017 to January 2019. Kendal handled benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, and played a significant role in developing a successful D&I program during a merger.

From February 2016 to May 2017, Kendal worked at Para Los Niños, initially as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager and later took on HR generalist duties. Kendal managed the recruitment process and handled various employee relation matters. Additionally, they collaborated with the leadership team to develop training programs tailored to each department's needs.

Kendal's earliest work experience includes working at Whole Foods Market from September 2006 to March 2015. Kendal held various roles, starting as a Team Member and eventually becoming a Team Leader in the Prepared Foods Department. In this role, they focused on meeting department goals and ensuring team member satisfaction.

Kendal DeBellis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, from 2006 to 2008, they earned an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the College of the Canyons. They also pursued studies in Human Resources Management and Services at the College of the Canyons from 2015 to 2016, though no degree is specified in that field.
