Esra Tan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and monitoring within the migration and asylum sectors. Currently serving as a Project Associate at IOM - UN Migration since July 2022, Esra previously held various roles at the Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants (ASAM), including Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Procurement Officer, and Counselling Line Supervisor from May 2016 to July 2022. Prior experience includes marketing management at Pronova Sayısal Görüntü Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., cabin chief responsibilities at Turkish Airlines, and foreign trade representation at HEPER. Esra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ankara University, completed between 2001 and 2005.
