Kayla Johnson

Kayla Johnson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Assembly Global since May 2025. Prior to this role, Kayla held various positions at IPG Health, including Campus Recruitment Manager and Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, from January 2020 to November 2022. Between July 2018 and January 2020, Kayla worked as Talent Acquisition Associate Manager at Havas Health & You. Earlier experience includes working as a Front Desk Receptionist at Dr. Maryanne Freeman Brndjar's, a Public Relations Intern with The University of Scranton Marketing Department, and a student at the University of Scranton, where Kayla earned a degree in Strategic Communication with a minor in Business Leadership. Initial work experience at Yocco's Inc. involved a Counter Service role from May 2012 to June 2016.
