Hila Efrati Uliel has worked for a variety of companies since 2004. Hila began their career as an Intelligence Force for the 8200 Unit in 2004. In 2007, they worked as a Software Quality Assessments for Taldor. In 2010, they were a Spokeswoman and Social Media Manager for the "Yerushalmim" movement. In 2011, they worked as a Research Assistant for IDC Herzliya. From 2013 to 2015, they held the roles of Senior Customer Relationship Manager and Customer Relationship Manager for dmg - DSNR Media Group. From 2015 to 2017, they were a User Engagement Team Lead and User Engagement Manager for Ajillion by Crossrider. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Behavioral Analysis Technician for Steps Therapy. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Product Manager and Customer Experience Team Lead for Augmented Intelligence (AUI™). Finally, since 2020, they have been a UX/UI Designer Freelancer and, since 2021, a Product Designer for AssemblyDrop.

Hila Efrati Uliel began their educational journey in 2009 when they earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication and New Media from IDC. Hila then participated in a student exchange program at Anglo-American University in Prague from 2012 to 2013, studying Communication, General. Hila continued their studies at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) from 2015 to 2017, where they received their Master's Degree in Communication and New Media. Most recently, they have been enrolled at UC Berkeley Extension since 2018, where they are studying User Experience (UX) Design.
