Customer Success Manager at Assent

Adrian Botelho has gained diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Fundraising Analyst at the Canadian Wildlife Federation until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Project Coordinator at Nokia. In 2016, Adrian joined FIRMA Foreign Exchange as a Business Development Associate and later worked as a Corporate Trader in 2018. Adrian then moved on to Assent in 2018, starting as a Global Business Development Representative before becoming an Associate Consultant, Professional Services in 2019. Adrian then progressed to the role of Customer Success Associate in 2021 and is currently a Customer Success Manager at Assent since 2022. Additionally, Adrian had a long tenure as a Customer Service Associate at the National Arts Centre | Centre national des Arts from 2005 to 2015.

Adrian Botelho obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Carleton University, completing their education in 2011. In addition to their degree, Adrian also obtained two certifications in customer success from Growth Molecules. Adrian completed the Level 1 Customer Success Foundations certification in September 2021 and the Level 2 Customer Success Advanced certification in November 2021.
