Ali Sayed-Ali

Ali Sayed-Ali is an experienced professional in customer success and solutions consulting, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Assent since July 2018, where leadership includes managing a team, recruitment, and driving revenue retention goals. Previous roles at Assent include Manager of Solutions Consulting and Senior Solutions Consultant for Strategic Accounts, focusing on project management and revenue growth. Prior to Assent, experience includes a Shopify Merchant Success Advisor position, co-founding FRAME LIFE, serving as Program Officer at the National Democratic Institute, and working as a consultant for the Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption. Early career roles include Systems Administrator at the Canadian Human Rights Commission and Researcher/Writer at UNDP.
