Chris Cholewa has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. They started their career as a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express in 2010, and then moved on to work as a Front Desk Agent at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts from 2011 to 2013. They then joined Falcon Crest Lodge as a Front Office Manager, where they were responsible for guest relations, inventory management, and overseeing the front desk and in-house sales teams. Chris worked at Falcon Crest Lodge from 2013 to 2016, during which they also acted as a General Manager on weekends and in the absence of the General Manager.

In 2017, Chris joined Westin Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Services Manager, overseeing various aspects of guest services. They held this role until 2018 when they joined Fairmont Château Laurier as a Sales Manager. At Fairmont Château Laurier, Chris provided exceptional customer service, solicited and booked new business, and utilized Brand programs and pricing techniques to maximize profitability.

In 2020, Chris transitioned to a Manager, Global Accounts role at HelmsBriscoe where they managed global accounts for the company. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Associate at Assent Compliance Inc, a global leader in supply chain data management, where they ensure customer satisfaction and assist with compliance solutions.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated a commitment to customer service, relationship development, and strategic planning. They have also actively participated in industry events and have a strong understanding of market dynamics and competition.

Chris Cholewa attended Thompson Rivers University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Tourism Management degree with a focus on Management and Entrepreneurship. Following this, in 2016, they attended Dale Carnegie Training and received a Certificate in Leadership Development. Prior to their time at Thompson Rivers University, Chris Cholewa attended Carleton University from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
