Diana Soler is the Director of Product Operations & Services Enablement at Assent, overseeing teams responsible for product operational rhythm, enablement, continuous improvement, and collaboration. With a background in managing and coaching product operations teams at AppDirect and Airbnb, Diana has successfully led projects such as Pendo implementation and Voice of the Customer program redesign. As the Chapter Leader at Latinas in Tech - Canada, Diana empowers Latina women in the tech space. Diana holds a Certificate in Project Management from McGill University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Concordia University.
