Emily Denty is a seasoned professional in customer success and implementation consulting with extensive experience in the SaaS industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success Management at Assent since September 2021, Emily has previously held roles including Senior Program Consultant and Program Consultant. Prior to Assent, Emily worked at Absorb Software as an Implementation Project Manager, managing onboarding for medium-to-enterprise scale clients. Emily's earlier experience at Benevity included positions as an Implementation Consultant and Technical Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed managing client implementations and enhancing program delivery. Notably, Emily is recognized as a bilingual lead for both Charities and Grants Management, providing support and resources in both English and French.
