Keira Torkko

Keira Torkko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and people strategy across various sectors. As the Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff at Assent since April 2018, Keira has been instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives in the B2B SaaS domain. Previously, as the VP of Employee Experience at the Coaching Association of Canada, Keira contributed to the advancement of Canadian coaching, including the innovation of the National Coaching Certification Program. Keira's background also includes significant roles at the National Research Council Canada, where responsibilities encompassed business management support, contract negotiations, and leading a large team to achieve substantial revenue targets. Keira holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria and is a Certified Professional Accountant.
