Wandera Vivian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Wandera began their career in 2013 as a Front Office/Guest Relations Officer at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort, where they provided excellent customer service and managed guest interactions. In 2014, they transitioned to a Sales and Marketing Representative role at Jamii Telecommunications Ltd. After a year, they moved on to Horizon Contact Centers Ltd, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, addressing inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2017, Wandera joined Sheer Logic Management as a Customer Service Representative, where they established and promoted positive relationships with customers and provided exceptional service. Later that year, they joined Assent as a Supplier Operations Coordinator, and eventually moved into the role of a Product Support Specialist in 2019.

Wandera Vivian began their education in 2009 at the Kenya Wildlife Service Training Institute, where they pursued a diploma in Tourism management. Wandera completed this program in 2010. Concurrently, from 2010 to 2013, Vivian also attended the Alliance Francaise d'Eldoret, where they obtained a diploma in French. Additionally, during the same period, from 2010 to 2013, they attended Moi University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism management.
