Ana Popovic Paripovic

Ana Popovic Paripovic serves as an External Consultant at Assert International since August 2021, specializing in training and coaching for individuals and teams. With extensive experience in human resources, Ana has held the position of Head of HR Department at Transnafta JSC since November 2013 and previously led the Public Relations Department at PE Transnafta from July 2012 to October 2013. Earlier in Ana's career, roles at DDOR Novi Sad a.d.o. included HR Analyst in the HR Controlling Team, Trainer in the Training Team, Associate in the Non-Life Department, and Expert Associate in the Reinsurance Department. Ana's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting and Finance, a Master of Technical Sciences in Industrial Engineering and Management, and ongoing PhD studies in the same field at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad.
