AssessAI is an AI-powered assessment platform that tests how candidates think about building products — not how they code.

Traditional hiring tools focus on algorithms and syntax. But in the age of AI coding assistants, the real differentiator is product thinking: how engineers scope problems, decompose systems, evaluate tradeoffs, and design for scale.

How it works:
1. Recruiters paste a job description → AI generates tailored system design questions
2. Candidates answer through structured sections or collaborate with AI to build real deliverables
3. An AI judge evaluates responses across 5 dimensions with a detailed scorecard
4. Recruiters get evidence-cited scoring, hire/no-hire recommendations, and candidate comparisons

What makes us different:
→ We're the only platform that automates evaluation of product thinking and system design
→ AI judges every candidate with the same rubric, same depth, every time — no interviewer bias
→ Saves 20+ engineering hours per hire by handling screening automatically
→ Supports both traditional system design AND AI collaboration assessments (a first in the industry)

Built for engineering recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders who want to go beyond coding tests.
