Paul Stout

Paul Stout is an experienced professional with a strong background in online sales and recruitment. Currently serving as an Account Executive and Online Sales Manager at AssessFirst since December 2015, Paul is involved in developing predictive recruitment solutions that help organizations assess candidate success. Prior to this role, Paul worked at PMEBTP from May 2011 to December 2015, focusing on the development of CVBTP within the construction job board market. Paul also gained valuable experience as an HR Consultant at Walters People for a brief period in late 2010 and as a Salesman at COMITEO in early 2010. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Trade from ESCE International Business School and a certification in International Trade from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
