Ben K. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Ben began their career at MEDITECH, where they worked as an Applications Specialist and later as a Business and Clinical Analytics Implementation Specialist. In these roles, Ben collaborated with executive-level stakeholders and implemented customized dashboards to support decision-making and achieve analytic goals.

Ben then moved on to Advanced Practice Strategies (APS) as a Sales Representative, where they drove lead qualification and progression of sales opportunities across multiple solutions for top healthcare systems.

After APS, Ben joined Relias as an Enterprise Sales Executive, initially focusing on large market acute care clients and later on mid-market acute hospitals and health systems. In these roles, they were responsible for increasing client retention, driving sales, and identifying opportunities for cross-sales and renewals.

Currently, Ben is working at ATI Nursing Education as a Director of Sales for the Northeast Region. In this role, they manage a team of sales and support representatives, mentors and develops them to maintain a healthy pipeline, and successfully demonstrate impact through outcomes. Ben also works with strategic clients to maximize the use of ATI resources and ensure they meet their programmatic goals.
