Erica Zapien

Erica Zapien has extensive experience in client management and brand promotion, currently serving as a Senior Order & Billing Specialist and Client Account Manager at ATI Nursing Education since April 2018. Prior roles include Access Representative at Children's Mercy Hospital from October 2012 to March 2018, and Student Brand Manager at Red Bull from August 2011 to October 2012, where significant efforts focused on increasing brand awareness through campus events. Erica began their career as a Brand Ambassador at Better Promos LLC, executing promotional events for major liquor brands, and worked as a Print Specialist at Z3 Graphix. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, complemented by studies at Kansas State University.
