Ohanes Missirilian

Ohanes Missirilian has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Ohanes started their career with an apprenticeship at Ford Motor Company, Philips, and Intergraph in 1983. Ohanes then worked as a Senior IS Analyst at Bank of Boston from 1987 to 1991.

In 1992, Ohanes joined KEDGE Business School as an MBA Programme Manager and held this role until 1996. From 1996 to 2008, they worked as a Program Director at EIPM.

In 2008, Ohanes founded ByAction Learning and served as the Owner. In this role, they focused on learning and development in procurement and B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on implementation and change management. Ohanes also conducted in-company training, coaching, and mentoring activities worldwide. Ohanes was also the Manager of the Annual Procurement Conference at Université de Genève.

In 2018, Ohanes became a DISC Certified Trainer & Coach at Assessments 24x7 and in 2019, they joined emlyon business school as an Affiliate Professor, specializing in Procurement & BtoB Marketing. Ohanes also worked as a Researcher and Lecturer at the same institution until August 2019.

Additionally, Ohanes worked as an Accredited GCologist at The GC Index from February 2019. The GC Index measures an individual's natural inclinations in making an impact and contribution to a role, team, or organization.

Finally, Ohanes currently serves as a Lecturer at the University of Geneva, a role they assumed in 2019.

Ohanes Missirilian began their education journey in 1982 at Escola Politécnica da USP, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering. This study lasted for four years and concluded in 1986. In 1991, they enrolled at KEDGE Business School, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in 1992. With a desire to further expand their knowledge in the field, Ohanes pursued a DEA in Business Intelligence, with a specialization in Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, at Université de Toulon from 2002 to 2003. Later, in 2011, Ohanes attended IDC Institute Geneva, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited institution, to become a Professional Certified Coach, specializing in coaching.
