In 1988, they joined Zurich Scudder Investments as a Managing Director and held this position until 2002. In the same year, they became the President and Chairman and CEO at AAM - Insurance Investment Management. John Schaefer, CFA is an accomplished professional with a long history of leadership roles in the industry.
John Schaefer, CFA began their education at the University of Notre Dame, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting. John attended this university from 1978 to 1982. Later, from 1985 to 1987, they pursued further education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in University of Chicago.
