Gregory Flax began their work experience as a Sports Communication Intern at Binghamton University in 2014. Later that year, they joined Capital One as part of the Commercial Banking Internship Program. From 2015 to 2021, Gregory worked at Capital One as an Assistant Vice President in Commercial Real Estate Underwriting, where they analyzed cash flow and assessed risks for commercial real estate mortgages. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Underwriting at Asset Based Lending, LLC.

Gregory Flax pursued their education with dedication and achieved significant milestones. In 2011, they enrolled at Binghamton University to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in History. Gregory completed their undergraduate studies in 2014, marking the successful completion of this phase.

Motivated to further enhance their knowledge and skills, Gregory joined the Binghamton University School of Management in 2014 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Data Analytics. Gregory dedicated two years of their life to this program, diligently completing it in 2016.
