Joseph Viganola

Joseph Viganola has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Joseph started their career in 2009 as a Personal Banker at Lakeland Bank and then moved on to work as a CSR at Bogota Savings Bank. After two years, they advanced to the role of Mortgage Loan Officer at Bogota Savings Bank. In 2015, they joined Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership as a Producing Branch Manager, where they led a cross-functional team and spearheaded strategic sales activities nationwide. In the same year, they also started working as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Residential Home Funding. In 2017, Joseph became the Owner and CEO of HQ Commercial Capital LLC. Presently, they hold the position of Senior Regional Vice President at Asset Based Lending, LLC.

Joseph Viganola attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. Prior to that, they attended Bergen Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an Associate degree in Science. In 2007, Joseph attended Kovats and completed a program in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty Insurance. Joseph also attended Oak Ridge Military Academy in the same year and obtained their High School Diploma. In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained several certifications including Divorce Lending Professional, Nationwide Multi-State Listing System (NLMS), Notary Public, and Real Estate Agent.
