Michael Basciano

Michael Basciano has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Michael started their career at YMCA where they worked as a Lifeguard from September 2009 to May 2012. In 2010, they joined 3Square, LLC as a Project Manager and later took on the role of Controller/Office Manager from January 2014 to August 2015. In 2012, they had a brief stint as an Accounts Payable Intern at MediFit Corporate Services.

Since 2015, Michael has been associated with Asset Based Lending, LLC. Michael started as an Accounting/Operations Analyst from August 2015 to January 2017, and then served as a Loan Servicing Manager from January 2017 to May 2019. From June 2019 to December 2020, they held the position of VP of Operations. Currently, they are serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations from January 2021.

Michael Basciano earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island. In November 2019, they obtained the certification of Certified Private Lender Associate from the American Association of Private Lenders.
