Anthony Bufka

Anthony is responsible for overseeing and leading a portfolio of Asset Living’s expansive campus housing team in performance and operations. He has worked in property management for over 25 years, gaining experience in on-campus housing, university relationships, new development, value-add rehabs, and acquisitions. Tony’s goals include developing strong teams and implementing the best practices to grow occupancy and NOI for their clients.

Anthony is a winner of Asset Living’s Ambassador of the Year and Bohon Awards for exceptional performance. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Illinois State University.

When he’s not in the office, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and watching football.
