Mia Dempsey

Mia Dempsey has a strong work experience in the insurance industry. Mia worked at Asset Marketing Systems, where they started as a Life Case Management Specialist in 2008 and eventually became the Manager of New Business in 2017. In their roles, they led case managers, developed standard operating procedures, and implemented new business processing initiatives. Mia also worked at LifePro as a Life Insurance Case Manager from 2006 to 2008. Mia was responsible for reviewing and submitting insurance applications and providing support to agents and field representatives.

Mia Dempsey obtained a Diploma from Scripps Ranch High School from 1999 to 2002. Mia then went on to attend San Diego Miramar College from 2002 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Social and Behavior Science. Additionally, Mia has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including "Firelight Fundamentals" from Hexure in July 2023, "Leadership, Team-Building, and Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors" from Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack in December 2019, "Blanchard Certified Manager" from The Ken Blanchard Companies in March 2013, and a "CA Life & Health Insurance License" from the California Department of Insurance in March 2011.
