Neil Young

Neil Young currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ABEN Technical Services since September 2024 and has held various leadership roles at Asset Reliability Inspections since March 2011, including Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, General Manager, and Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Director at the Australian Institute for the Certification of Inspection Personnel AICIP since October 2012, and a QA/QC & AICIP Pressure Vessel Inspector at INPEX from December 2013 to September 2014. Prior roles include management positions at ITS Integrated Testing and BHP Billiton, focusing on pressure equipment and classified plants. Neil Young has a robust educational background, including an MBA from Rome Business School, executive education in Mergers and Acquisitions from Imperial College Business School, and various qualifications in Non-Destructive Testing and management from the University of Northampton and TAFE SA.
