Amy Rappa

Amy Rappa is the General Manager at Asset Technologies. Amy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations Management. Prior to their current position, Amy was the HR and Operations Manager at Louisville Solutions Incorporated and Innovative Productivity, Inc. Amy is responsible for many HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, writing policies and procedures, analyzing HR processes and procedures; recommending improvement changes; training and development, problem solving, recruiting, new hire orientations and exit interviews, workers compensation, 403(b) administration, supervising administrative employees, overseeing performance reviews, maintaining personnel files, HIPAA compliance, updating and ensuring compliance of company handbook, developing and administering HR budgets, implementing a wellness program, and planning corporate parties and events. Office manager responsibilities include managing the office facility, handling commercial property insurance, purchasing, ensuring OSHA compliance, and solving facility related issues.

Amy Rappa has a certificate in human resources management from Bellarmine University and a PHR certification from HRCI. Amy also has an associates degree in design from Sullivan University. Amy attended the University of Louisville and Sacred Heart Academy.
