Cliff Fiore

Cliff Fiore has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Cliff began their career in 1985 at Honeywell Aerospace, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and later as a Lean Project Manager, Process Improvement Specialist, and Operational Excellence Staff. At Honeywell, Cliff focused on engineering-based productivity and process improvement projects, and they also mentored Lean Expert candidates. In 1991, they transitioned to a supervisory role as the Production Support Team Leader, where they oversaw the investigation, evaluation, and processing of engineering design changes. In 1996, Cliff became a Design Engineer, responsible for designing systems and components for pneumatic actuation systems. Cliff then moved to US Foods in 2017, where they served as the Director of Continuous Improvement & Sr. Mgr., leading the company's continuous improvement training program and supporting process improvement implementation. Currently, Cliff is working at AssetMark as the VP of Process Excellence, a role they started in 2022.

Cliff Fiore earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Arizona State University in 1984. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix, completing it in 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Cliff obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt from Honeywell Aerospace in 1999, followed by a certification as a Lean Expert in 2001. Cliff also holds a certification in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerencing - ASME Y14.5M-1994 (Senior Level), obtained from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) in 1997.
