Allan Jaenicke

Allan Jaenicke is an experienced leader in operational strategy and transformation, currently serving as VP of Global Operations Strategy and Operational Excellence at Waters Corporation since December 2020. Previously, Allan held the position of SVP of Enterprise Agile Transformation at Fidelity Investments, where oversight of a transformation impacting over 18,000 employees was managed. Allan's consulting background includes significant roles at McKinsey & Company, where contributions included developing agile operating models and corporate strategies for major clients across various industries. As CEO of Imagineer Systems Ltd from 2000 to 2009, Allan founded a company specializing in innovative software for film and video post-production, which later spun out Mirriad, an in-video advertising venture. Allan holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BEng in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London.
