Anjana James

Anjana James has had significant experience in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent position was as a Human Resources Lead at AssetPlus, where they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at AV Properties India Pvt ltd from June 2018 to April 2021. Anjana also gained valuable experience as an Employee Relations Manager at ICICI Bank from May 2015 to July 2017. Anjana began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Roots Industries India Limited in April 2014.

Anjana James completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Sri Krishna College of Technology in 2013. Anjana then pursued their PGDM degree in HR and Marketing from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration from 2013 to 2015. Anjana also obtained additional certifications in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak in 2022 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration in 2014. Anjana is currently pursuing a certification in Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the workplace from Protouch- SHRM/HRCI/CPD, which will be obtained in 2023.
