We support the full investment lifecycle — from pre-commitment through deployment, monitoring, and exit — with non-custodial, read-only systems used by fund managers, trustees, and regulated institutions. Assetrica never takes custody, never executes transactions, and never holds a stake in deal outcomes. Our role is to make governance defensible and oversight continuous across the market.

What we do:

- Originate and structure real-asset projects to institutional governance standards before capital is committed.
Equip fund managers with the governance rules, milestone-evidence tracking, and audit-ready records they need to deploy and monitor with confidence.

- Certify and assign accredited Project Monitoring Companies (PMCs) and Trustees to each mandate, with clear lines of accountability.

- Maintain a continuous, tamper-evident record of governance rules, milestone evidence, and oversight activity across the life of every asset.

Why it matters: Africa's real-asset capital markets are constrained less by capital than by trust. Assetrica embeds governance, transparency, and defensible oversight into the structure of an investment itself — so institutions can allocate with the visibility and accountability they expect.
