Dilani Gomis (PMP , CSM)

Dilani Gomis (PMP, CSM) has a wealth of experience in product development and IT project management. Dilani has been working in the industry since 2010. From 2010-2015, they worked at Affno as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for delivering projects within the agreed budget, schedule, scope and customer expectations. Dilani managed local and overseas projects from all three divisions including websites, mobile applications and product/automation solutions. Dilani has managed over 20 IT projects while leading multiple teams. From 2015-2022, they worked at Virtusa as an Associate Manager, Lead Consultant, Associate Consultant and Senior Consultant. As Lead Consultant, they were responsible for project planning, tracking and monitoring until project closure while delivering multi-million-dollar complex transformation programs fulfilling client, business, revenue and profitability objectives. Dilani also shared responsibilities and accountability with the team by allocating tasks and managing productivity. Finally, they are currently working at Assette as a Product Development Manager since 2022.

Dilani Gomis received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology from Staffordshire University between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Good Shepherd Convent, Col 13 from 1994 to 2007. In 2014, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, USA. Dilani also holds a PMP certification from PMI USA, a Bsc. BIT(HONS) from Staffordshire University, and a VCSM from virtusa.
