David Stair

David Stair has a strong background in the valuation industry, with their most recent position being the Senior Vice President of Valuation Operations at AssetVal • Valuation Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Analyst at Fannie Mae from September 2014 to January 2017, and as the Vice President of Valuations at Goldman Sachs from October 2011 to September 2014. David also gained experience at Bank of America as the Region Chief Appraiser from August 2007 to October 2011, and at New Century Mortgage as the Region Appraisal Manager from February 2004 to May 2007.

David Stair attended Oklahoma Christian University from 1987 to 1991, studying Public Relations/Image Management. David then went on to West Texas A&M University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from 1991 to 1992.
