Jessica Sobonya

Jessica Sobonya has extensive experience as a Technical Writer. Jessica is currently employed at AssetWorks LLC, where they are responsible for documenting Initiative products that integrate with core product offerings. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Change Healthcare for 18 months, where they developed documentation portfolios for software product lines and updated reference guides and installation guides. Jessica also worked at Pfizer for 18 months as a Technical Writer, where they updated existing documentation for internal processes and procedures. Jessica began their career as a Technical Writer at RATEX Business Solutions, where they documented software and hardware for independent college bookstores for over 10 years.

From 2001 to 2005, Jessica Sobonya attended Cedarville University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Technical and Professional Communication.
