Phillip Gore has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Phillip began their career as a Preaching Minister at First Christian Church in 1998, where they delivered presentations, wrote articles, and designed newsletters. In 2000, they transitioned to become the Director of Development at Central Christian College, where they prepared and delivered capital campaign presentations, created campaign materials, and provided training.

In 2003, Phillip became the Founding Minister at Encounter Christian Church, where they maintained the website, delivered presentations, managed financial and membership records, and worked closely with members. Phillip then moved on to serve as a Co-Minister at Heartland Community Church in 2006, where they prepared and delivered weekly presentations and worked directly with church members.

From 2007 to 2012, Phillip worked as a Minister to Adults at Christ's Church, focusing on presentations, website design, development, and maintenance. Phillip then joined Thousand Oaks Christian Church as a Preaching Minister from 2012 to 2013, where they continued to enhance their development skills and maintained the church's website.

In 2016, Phillip worked as a Front End Developer at Freedom Driven LLC, primarily contributing to web applications for house flippers. In 2018, they founded Flexible Homeschool and developed an online planner for homeschool families, including designing and developing the sales site.

Since 2019, Phillip has been working as a Web Software Developer at FacilityForce, specifically on the ReADY application built with MeteorJS and BlazeJS. Their responsibilities include feature upgrades and bug fixes.

Before embarking on their web development journey, Phillip earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Ministry from Central Christian College of the Bible. Phillip attended this college from 1993 to 1997.
