Richard S. Chernicoff

Richard Chernicoff brings decades of experience in intellectual property to ASSIA’s board, having practiced law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, being a partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, and then progressing to various corporate financial and legal positions the last 20 years at SanDisk, Unity Semiconductor, Tessera Intellectual Property Corp., Marathon Patent Group, and Great Elm Capital Group. He presently also serves as Chief Financial Officer of SunRise Memory Corp, and serves the board of HopTo Inc. and other private and public organizations.
