Xiao Meng

Xiao Meng has a strong background in support and operations roles. They recently joined Assignar as a Senior Support Engineer in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Sportsbet for four years as an Operation Support specialist. Before that, they were a Support Analyst at OpenBet for four years. Their career began at Inomial, where they worked as an OSS/BSS software developer for four years. They also gained experience as an Application Support Analyst at Satyam for one year.

Xiao Meng's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at China University of Mining and Technology. Xiao completed a Bachelor's degree in eCommerce from this institution in 2004. Moving forward, Xiao Meng then attended Swinburne University of Technology from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in eCommerce. Following their time at Swinburne, Xiao Meng joined Monash University in 2006 and completed a Master's degree in Applied Information Technology by 2008. During this period, from 2007 to 2008, they also participated in the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) program at Monash University, earning a certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
