Tiffany Hilger has a diverse background in human resources, care coordination, and team management. With a strong commitment to clear communication and problem-solving, Tiffany has held various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Assistance Home Care, Tiffany also has experience as an Employee Engagement Manager and Assistant Manager of Care Coordination. In addition, Tiffany has previous experience as a Medical Assistant and Team Manager. Tiffany is currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate at Eastern Illinois University.
