AssistaPilot builds custom AI agents that automate complex, rule-based processes on top of the systems you already use.

Instead of replacing your core platforms, our agents plug into email, portals, CRMs and other core systems to take over repetitive, manual work. They guide customers and employees through complex steps, collect and validate data and documents, apply your rules and policies, trigger actions – and only hand over to humans when judgment is really needed.

We are built for regulated and high-touch environments. Drawing on deep experience from insurance, insurtech and TPAs, we apply the same patterns – clear rules, heavy documentation, strict compliance – to other sectors like tax, accounting, expense management, financial services, e-commerce and general back-office operations.

This is not a 24-month, multi-million EUR project. We focus on quick pilots, light integrations and measurable outcomes: shorter processing times, fewer backlogs, lower handling costs and a much better experience for customers and employees. You don’t need in-house AI experts or a large new team – we bring the technology and know-how, you bring the processes and objectives.

Whether it’s claims, client onboarding, expense checks or internal approvals, AssistaPilot helps you turn complex workflows into simple, intelligent journeys that your teams can trust and your customers actually like.

Our flagship product, ClaimsPilot, is an AI agent that automates large parts of the claims journey for insurers, MGAs, brokers and TPAs. It guides customers and handlers through intake, triage, document collection and coverage checks, applies your rules consistently and pushes decisions or recommendations into your existing systems – without replacing your core platform. ClaimsPilot can run customer facing or as a “copilot” for claims teams, helping reduce handling times and leakage while freeing people to focus on complex, high value cases.
