Hope Chapman

Hope Chapman is currently serving as the Community Liaison Marketing Manager at Assisted Living Services, Inc., where the focus is on providing senior care advisory for home care services. Prior to this role, Hope spent 28 years at AT&T, advancing through various positions including Senior Account Manager for the East Region, where success involved strengthening the partnership with Prime Communications and driving significant sales growth. As Area Manager for Indirect Sales in Connecticut, impressive achievements included boosting sales from the bottom 19% to the top 3% nationally within 18 months. Additional roles at AT&T included Mobile Events Area Manager for New England, where Hope received the President’s Award for top sales growth nationally, and business-focused positions that involved strategizing and negotiating with owner/operators. Earlier experience as a Communications Consultant at MBS Communications laid the foundation for a successful career in sales and marketing. Hope holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Journalism from Central Connecticut State University and completed a course in Women's Leadership at Babson College.
