Anisah Ameir

Anisah Ameir has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Anisah started their career at the University of Florida MTM Communication and Care Center as a Pharmacy Adherence Technician, where they communicated with beneficiaries to discuss medication challenges and evaluated patient information for pharmacists. Anisah then joined AssistRx, where they held various roles. As a Patient Advocate, they enrolled eligible patients in financial assistance programs and communicated with providers and benefit managers. Anisah then became a Benefits Verification Coordinator, conducting benefit investigations and performing test claims. After that, they worked as a Reimbursement Specialist, reviewing client enrollment and granting access to patient support products. Their most recent role at AssistRx was as a Team Lead, where they oversaw performance statistics, regulated client escalations, and trained the team on new process flows.
