Jennifer Berg has extensive work experience in project management and agile practices. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President Client & Product Delivery at AssistRx, where they are responsible for end-to-end client and product delivery. Jennifer'srole includes project management, business analysis, agile practices, change and release management, and customer support. Prior to joining AssistRx, Jennifer was the Senior Director PMO at ECMC Group, where they oversaw a program consisting of 14 workstreams and 5 Scrum Teams. Jennifer also worked at EVERSANA as the Vice President PMO, where they led the successful delivery of client implementations and product upgrades. Jennifer has also held roles at AIM Consulting Group, Cambria, Connexions Loyalty, UnitedHealth Group, Weatherly Consulting, RBC Dain Rauscher, and Ameriprise, where they gained experience in delivery leadership, program management, and project management. Jennifer'sdiverse experience has equipped their with the ability to adapt and manage various types of situations and customers. Jennifer holds certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Jennifer Berg PMP, CSM, CSPO completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the College of Saint Benedict, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in January 2017, Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in July 2016, PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in June 2004, and Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet in January 2021.
