Mathew Eberius

Mathew Eberius has extensive work experience in executive leadership roles. Mathew most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Associa Gulf Coast, where they collaborated closely with the President to ensure smooth operations and acted as a link between the branch team and the broader company. Prior to this, Mathew was the Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC from 2019 to 2023. Mathew also worked as the Capital Projects Manager for Pinellas County Government, where they oversaw major renovations and construction projects in county parks. In addition, Mathew served as the Director of Community Services & General Manager at Arch Amenities Group, where they managed the development and oversight of community and resident services for a large Master Planned Community.

Mathew Eberius has pursued education and certifications in various fields throughout their career. Mathew obtained a license as a Real Estate Professional and Community Association Manager from the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate. In addition to their formal education, Mathew has acquired several certifications, including the Association Management Specialist (AMS) from the Community Associations Institute and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB), both achieved in September 2021. Mathew also holds certifications such as the Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) from the National Recreation and Park Association. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications in emergency management, including ICS 300 - EOC and Incident Command System offered by FEMA. Mathew is also a Licensed Community Association Manager and Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida. Lastly, they have completed OKR 101 training offered by Perdoo.
