Karen Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community association management and insurance services. Currently serving as a Community Association Manager at Associa Mid-Atlantic since September 2016, Karen oversees eight condominium and HOA communities in the Philadelphia area, handling all aspects of property management including budget development, contractor management, and resident relations. In addition, Karen has been a Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Medicare and senior solutions since February 2012, providing guidance to individuals and families. Previous roles include Community Association Manager at CSK Management, Inc., Call Center Supervisor at Longevity Alliance, and various management positions in healthcare and managed care. Karen holds an MBA in Organization & Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
