Michelle Root

Michelle Root has a diverse range of work experience. From 2001 to 2003, they worked at Journal Communications as a National Sales Manager and Sales and Project Manager. From 2008 to 2014, they were an Estate Manager for three large privately owned estates, where they managed household staff and hired service providers. In 2014, they became a Real Estate Agent at Texas Realtor, representing clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Since 2015, they have been the Director of Business Development at Associa, where they are responsible for market assessment, business development, client service, and retention in community and property management. Michelle consults and partners with homeowner association boards, guides developers in creating and implementing governing associations, and manages communities in various property types.

Michelle Root obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from San Jacinto College between 1983 and 1985. Michelle also holds a certification as a Real Estate Salesperson from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
