Nanci Patrick

Nanci Patrick is an experienced community portfolio manager and activities and events director at Associa, with a career spanning over three decades in the hospitality and event management sectors. Since January 2010, Nanci has been responsible for managing a wide array of resident and HOA-sponsored events, overseeing budget preparation, site selection, and contractual negotiations. Prior to Associa, Nanci served as the golf sales and retail director at Lansdowne Resort, where skills in retail management, merchandising, and team leadership were honed over nearly a decade. Earlier career experience includes serving as the area retail director at Innisbrook, a Salamander Golf & Spa Resort. Nanci holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Petersburg College.
